Azna

Azna was one of Jadzia Dax's favorite meals. It can be served steamed, sautéed, rolloped or fricasseed.
Jadzia recommended steamed azna to Benjamin Sisko, saying it would put years on his life. (DS9: "A Man Alone")
Steamed azna was one of the meals advertised in Deep Space 9's Replimat. (DS9: "The Homecoming")
