Black
From Memory Alpha, the free Star Trek reference
(coexisting on another dimensional plane)
In the mirror universe, Admiral Black held jurisdiction over the ISS Enterprise. He had personally "recommended" several members of the ship's crew, including her chief engineer, Charles Tucker. (ENT: "In a Mirror, Darkly")
After Commander Archer captured the USS Defiant at the expense of Enterprise, he took the ship to meet Black, who was under rebel attack aboard the ISS Avenger. After dispatching the rebels, Black went aboard the Defiant to meet with Archer. Being under his jurisdiction, Archer asked for command of his prize. Black refused, saying that the Defiant would be taken back to Earth as a war trophy and studied for her weaponry. Displeased with Black's decision, Archer killed him with a phaser set on the kill setting. (ENT: "In a Mirror, Darkly, Part II")
[edit] Background
Admiral Black was played by Gregory Itzin. It is unknown whether he has a counterpart in the regular universe, as no such person has ever been seen. Mike Sussman named the Admiral after writer Chris Black.
The Star Trek Customizable Card Game gives his full name as Logan Black. Meanwhile, the novel The Good That Men Do gives his counterpart's first name as Gregory.
