Ha'mara is a Bajoran holiday celebrating the anniversary of the Emissary's arrival. Bajorans fast to show gratitude to the Prophets for sending him to them. In the Capital city on Bajor, there is a large light show, although Captain Sisko does not usually attend. (DS9: "Starship Down")

"Ha'mara" is also a story in the Prophecy and Change anthology.
