Joe Leroy Reynolds played Hickam in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges".
In the same year as his DS9 appearance, he starred in the motion picture Dead Dogs with John Durbin and Jay Underwood. He also voiced an announcer in Tales from Beyond and stars with Chase Masterson in Yesterday Was a Lie.
Reynolds owns the M Bar Hollywood in Los Angeles, where Sarah Silverman and others have often performed.
