Ensign Lian T'Su was a relief-operations officer aboard the USS Enterprise-D.
T'Su relieved Data from his post as operations officer when he beamed down to Minos in order to investigate the disappearance of the USS Drake. (TNG: "The Arsenal of Freedom")
Ensign Lian T'Su was played by actress Julia Nickson.

In the non-canon novel Wildfire, she is portrayed as having risen to the rank of Captain of the Steamrunner-class USS Orion by 2376, and dying that year when the ship was destroyed at Galvan VI.
