Louahn Lowe played Okala in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Things Past".
She was a main cast member on the short-lived series The Aqua Girls.
Lowe's other guest starring appearances include appearing in the Models Inc. episode "Strictly Business" (with Joan Pringle and Robert Beltran), the Strong Medicine episode "BRCA2" (with fellow DS9 guest stars Kate Asner and Robert Foxworth, as well TNG guest star Whoopi Goldberg) and The Nightmare Room episode "Don't Forget Me".
She also starred in motion pictures such as A Bold Affair, The Gardener (with Malcolm McDowell) and Breathing Hard (with Armin Shimerman, Kitty Swink, Joel Swetow, Deborah Strang and ENT star John Billingsley.
