Mel Johnson, Jr. appeared as Legate Broca in the last two episodes of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, "The Dogs of War" and "What You Leave Behind".
He was also one of a large number of once and future Star Trek actors to appear in the sci-fi/action film Total Recall. Others included Marc Alaimo, Robert Picardo, Ronny Cox, Roy Brocksmith, Lycia Naff, Robert Costanzo, and Frank Kopyc
