The Small Magellanic Cloud was one of the Milky Way Galaxy's satellite galaxies. It contained the star cluster NGC 602.

ApocryphaEdit

Several novels, including The Final Fury, Taking Wing, and The Red King make reference to the Small Magellanic Cloud. In addition, the novelization of Star Trek: The Motion Picture makes reference to a USS Magellanic Cloud.
