South Dakota

South Dakota is a region of the North American continent of Earth. This was a state in the nation known as the United States of America.
The state, set in the 19th century, was the location for the Deadwood holodeck program found in the computer library aboard the USS Enterprise-D. (TNG: "A Fistful of Datas")
