Tim Ryan was born in 1958 in New York.
He played Bejal Otner in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Rejoined".
He has made guest appearances in Matlock, Crossing Jordan, Six Feet Under and Judging Amy. He also appeared in Fast Company in 1995 with Mary Kay Adams and David Drew Gallagher.
