The Treaty of Sirius was signed between the Kzin government and Earth at the end of the Earth-Kzin Wars. It covers the complete demilitarization of the government, with only a small police force allowed. It also allowed Earth, and later the United Federation of Planets, complete and unrestricted access to Kzinti space. (TAS: "The Slaver Weapon")
It is unclear if this treaty is associated with any of the planet in the Sirius system, such as Sirius IX.
