Is there going to be a new series? If there is it would be so cool to make a series with only aliens no humans. So it whould kind of be like Frist Contact. Please give me answers. – The preceding unsigned comment was added by 99.50.43.11 (talk).

Nothing has been announced. It's a total unknown right now. If there was a new series though, I doubt that we'd see something without Humans. -- sulfur 13:41, 30 August 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, Bryan Fuller pitched one but no new word on it, and there's a animated series that's pretty much dead. But we'll have humans in it, though I wouldn't rule out a Trek series with a alien lead at some point (in fact, that'd be rather cool and Doctor Who showed that a show focusing on a alien can be a popular hit...but that's not on-topic, so I'll stop :P...). --Golden Monkey 18:25, 30 August 2009 (UTC)

If you look on this page [United Federation of Planets] it says that the humans started United Federation of Planets so humans whould be in star trek no matter what.
