• In a non-canon reference work, Spaceflight Chronology, 2007 is referenced as when Tsiolkovskygrad, the first L-5 city in space, is completed, with 250 people taking up residence. It also mentions the publication of history's most comprehensive encyclopedia of space exploration being published in honor of the Sputnik anniversary.
