Adam and Eve (art)
From Memory Alpha, the free Star Trek reference.
Adam and Eve is an early 20th century painting, painted by noted Earth artist Marc Chagall, which depicts a scene of Adam and Eve being cast out of the Garden of Eden.
Spock kept this image in his quarters aboard the USS Enterprise-A during the late 23rd century. The expulsion from paradise, as he explained to Valeris, was a representation that reminded him that all things must end. (Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country)
