Alan Scarfe (born 8 June 1946; age 63) is an English actor who played Admiral Mendak in TNG: "Data's Day". Later, he appeared in TNG: "Birthright, Part II" as Tokath and in VOY: "Resistance" as Augris. He is married to Barbara March who played Lursa in Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Star Trek Generations.

Scarfe is probably best known for starring roles on the TV series Seven Days and the miniseries Legend of Earthsea. He also had a memorable guest appearance in the seaQuest DSV episode "Games" alongside Trek alumni Stephanie Beacham and Marco Sanchez. His character, Dr. Rubin Zellar, was eventually mass-produced as an action figure for the seaQuest DSV line by Playmates Toys.
