Altrina was a civilian who lived on Deep Space 9.

In 2370, Altrina had lunch with Jake Sisko and Tiet. Tiet pointed out to Altrina that she was eating worms instead of Klingon food, a revelation after which she vomited all over the table. (DS9: "Second Sight")
