America Loves... Star Trek was a documentary aired on TNN on 1 October 2001. Hosted by Jonathan Frakes, the documentary was the first in the America Loves... series, and formed part of the Next Gen on TNN: The Five Day Mission event, which tied into TNN's recent purchase of Star Trek: The Next Generation.
A hour in length, the documentary mixed episode clips with interviews with cast, production staff, fans, and astronauts, including William Shatner, Kate Mulgrew, Marina Sirtis, Mae Jemison, and others.
