Andorian ale is a blue-colored alcoholic beverage concocted by the Andorians. Enterprise captain Jonathan Archer developed a fondness for Andorian ale. (ENT: "Cease Fire")

In 2153, Commander Shran gave Archer several bottles of the drink. (ENT: "Proving Ground")

In 2371, Tiron ordered a glass of Andorian ale from Quark's. (DS9: "Meridian")

Interestingly, both Shran and Tiron were played by Jeffrey Combs. Judging from the size of the glasses used to drink Andorian ale, and the expressions of people drinking it, it can be assumed that it has higher alcohol content than Human ales.
