This unnamed crew member wearing a command division uniform with the Antares patch was seen on Deep Space Station K-7 in 2268 when the station was infested by Cyrano Jones's tribbles.
He watched the fight between officers of the USS Enterprise and Klingons under the command of Koloth in the bar on the station. (TOS: "The Trouble with Tribbles")
Seeing as the Antares was destroyed more than a year earlier, it is unknown what he was doing wearing the uniform on the station. From a production standpoint, this was just a simple re-use of an earlier costume to save money and fill out the background extras.
