Astral Queen

The Astral Queen was a Federation passenger spacecraft in service during the mid-23rd century.

In 2266, it was scheduled to stop at Planet Q to pick up the Karidian Company of Players for transport to Benecia. When James T. Kirk decided that Anton Karidian, the company's headliner, warranted further investigation, he called in one of the favors owed him by her captain, Jon Daily. The Astral Queen thereby bypassed its scheduled stop at Planet Q, forcing them to seek passage on the USS Enterprise. (TOS: "The Conscience of the King")

The Astral Queen from Battlestar Galactica (2004), a series which involved several Star Trek alumni, was named after this ship.
