Baccarat is a card game, originating from Earth. It survived until at least the 24th century.
Julian Bashir was an excellent baccarat player. He put his skills in the game to good use in his holoprogram Julian Bashir, Secret Agent. He played a high risk game against, Duchamps (Worf) in the Club Ingenue. He was victorious and won five million franc. (DS9: "Our Man Bashir")
