The Bajoran phaser rifle was the Bajoran Militia's standard issue sidearm.
Bajoran troopers used phaser rifles when they've hunted down Shakaar Edon and further Shakaar resistance cell members in the Dahkur Hills. (DS9: "Shakaar")
