Baldoxic vinegar was a vinegar, a type of liquid, which could be used in cooking.

Neelix told Tuvok in 2372, that he bred orchids like Tuvok did, but Neelix usually used them for a salad with a touch of Baldoxic vinegar. (VOY: "Tattoo")
