Banea is a class M planet in the Delta Quadrant, the homeworld of the Banean race. It is located near the Numiri homeworld.
Banea features one moon and a defense perimeter. The planet also has periodic eclipses, one of which occurred in 2367. (VOY: "Ex Post Facto")
