The Barrica encampment was a Cardassian military installation on Setlik III during the Federation-Cardassian War. During that conflict, Miles O'Brien led two dozen Starfleet troops against the Barrica encampment and eliminated an entire regiment of Cardassians, earning him the moniker "Hero of Setlik III".
