The Benecia colony was a Federation colony on planet Benecia. Spock mentioned in 2269 that the colony's medical facilities were "most primitive." (TOS: "Turnabout Intruder")

In 2266 the Karidian Company of Players was to make its next stop at this colony after performing on Planet Q and the USS Enterprise. (TOS: "The Conscience of the King")
