Bilateral kelilactiral was a gibberish term that Commander William Riker invented to confuse Morta when he was forced to instruct the Ferengi in the operations of the main computer of a Galaxy-class starship in 2369. Commander Riker stated that twenty-five of these systems comprised the FTL nanoprocessor with twenty of them slaved into the primary Heisenfram terminals. Morta claimed that he was smart enough to know what a bilateral kelilactiral was. (TNG: "Rascals")
