In 2353, Thoms was listed on a directory placard as having an office in room 53964 on Starbase 32. (TNG: "Violations")
His name was also listed on a USS Voyager crew manifest in 2371. (VOY: "Projections")
Thoms, who was listed on a piece of background artwork, was named for production staff associate Wil Thoms.
