Billy Hamilton is an actor who appeared as a Suliban prisoner in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "Detained". He received no on-screen credit for his appearance and was identified by the name tag of his costume which was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay.
This appearance is his only known on-screen role.
