The Bolian restaurant was a restaurant serving Bolian food which opened on Deep Space 9's Promenade in 2372.
Kira Nerys proposed the restaurant to Shakaar Edon, but warned him of the Bolian cuisine as the offered meat was partially decayed. (DS9: "Crossfire")
