Boratus was a Vorgon male. He arrived on Risa in 2366, having traveled back in time from the 27th century, in an attempt to steal the Tox Uthat. He was accompanied in this endeavor by Ajur. He appeared in Jean-Luc Picard's room and posed as a security official from the future. He said that criminals of his time had attempted to steal the device and his history said that Picard would find it on Risa. Later when Picard did find it, he became aware that Boratus and his partner Ajur were the criminals, and he destroyed the device. (TNG: "Captain's Holiday")
