Borg transwarp network
From Memory Alpha, the free Star Trek reference
The Borg transwarp network was a vast array of transwarp conduits that spanned the galaxy. The network was controlled by a series of six transwarp hubs located in various points of Borg space. The transwarp network was supported by a series of interspatial manifolds, whose shielding was regulated from the central nexus by the Borg Queen herself.
The transwarp network was disabled in 2378 by the crew of USS Voyager. Having introduced a neurolytic pathogen into the Collective, Voyager used the chaos to infiltrate the network and destroy the interspatial manifolds of at least one hub with transphasic torpedoes. (VOY: "Endgame")
Curiously, although Janeway mentions Seven telling her "there were only six of them in the galaxy", the graphic only shows four transwarp hubs, one in each quadrant. Additionally, a hub's presence in the Alpha Quadrant is disputed. Upon being asked by Chakotay if Voyager could destroy the network upon returning to the Alpha Quadrant, Admiral Janeway angrily responded by telling her crew in the Delta Quadrant that "this hub is here. There isn't anything in the Alpha Quadrant besides exit apertures." (VOY: "Endgame")
