The Boulevard St. Germain was a major road in Paris, France.
In late 2000, Henry Janeway and Shannon O'Donnell had dinner together in Janeway's book store in Portage Creek where books about Paris were supposed to create a Paris feeling. That evening, Janeway suggested to Shannon to take a stroll along the Boulevard St. Germain. (VOY: "11:59")
