Crewman Boylan was a crew member on the USS Voyager when the ship was lost in the Delta Quadrant.

In 2375, while the crew dealt with a Borg vinculum, Boylan was ordered by B'Elanna Torres, to "lock down the primary command consoles" and "reroute transporter controls to Main Engineering". (VOY: "Infinite Regress")

Later that year, when the crew was being deceived by a telepathic pitcher plant he ran down the hall with Crewman White. Thereafter, Seven of Nine remarked that Boylan and White were often late for their duty shifts. (VOY: "Bliss")

Boylan was portrayed by an unknown actor.
