Comedian/Broadcaster Brian Wayne Phelps (born 5 May 1959 in Cambridge, Illinois), along with Mark Thompson, played the unnamed members of the Tarchannen III species in TNG's season 4 episode "Identity Crisis". They are best known as the hosts of their LA-based nationally-syndicated radio show The Mark & Brian Show.
