Burala Prime was an inhabited planet. The polar islands of this planet were extremely cold and uninhabitable.

In 2152, Zoumas knew a surgeon here who was supposed to reconfigure Zoumas' face after his escape from Canamar. He had also once been to the polar islands, where he lost three toes when he got lost in the ice for fourteen hours. (ENT: "Canamar")
