- Ensign Hoshi Sato is continuously referred to as Ensign Hoshi. Crewman Cutler is referred to as an ensign in this book, though in her appearances on the show she is an enlisted crewmember. Novakovich appeared on the show with the first name Ethan, not Alex as written here.
