Caesar

From Memory Alpha, the free Star Trek reference

A Caesar is believed to refer to either someone who takes power like Julius Caesar or rules similar to the ancient Roman emperors, such as Caesar Augustus. It was used as a familial title by the ancient Romans.

In the mirror universe, Marlena Moreau referred to James T. Kirk as a possible Caesar when he seemed to want to become Emperor of the Terran Empire. (TOS: "Mirror, Mirror")

The line can be construed to either mean that Kirk was acting like Julius Caesar, or that the emperor of the Terran Empire was known as a Caesar. In "In a Mirror, Darkly", the emperor is never referred to as a Caesar.

Garth of Izar compared an unspecified "Caesar" to other military leaders and despots (Napoléon Bonaparte, Alexander the Great, Adolf Hitler, Lee Kuan, and Krotus) when describing his own plans for universal conquest. (TOS: "Whom Gods Destroy")
