A Cardassian cruiser is a cruiser-type starship used by the Cardassian Union.

In 2371, a Cardassian cruiser was assigned to help the USS Portland search for a missing Danube-class runabout from Deep Space 9 in the Algira sector, that was carrying Odo and Elim Garak. (DS9: "The Die is Cast")

While recalling Maquis tactics against the Cardassians, where it was explained how they used to lure them into the Badlands, B'Elanna Torres noted that once inside, "those Galor-class cruisers had nowhere to run." (VOY: "Fury")
