Carly Thomas, aka Carly Thomas-Smith, is an actress, singer and songwriter who played Alison in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "Vanishing Point".
A native of Minnesota, she attended Sarah Lawrence College in New York on a music scholarship and performed at such venues as Birdland, the Rainbow Room and The Plaza. She was a cast member of the Broadway musical "Rent" and a member of the acclaimed Broadway Inspirational Voices, a gospel choir comprised of Broadway singers. Her television appearances include Friends, Two and a Half Men and Deadline. In 2004, she appeared as one of the leads in the U.S. premiere of the musical "We Will Rock You," based on the music of Queen. She also co-wrote the song "In Time" for the movie Hustle & Heat.
