Eight Klingon elders were performing a ceremony when Worf found the Romulan prison camp on Carraya IV. (TNG: "Birthright, Part I", "Birthright, Part II")

The Klingons were played by unknown performers.

This Female Klingon lived in a compound constructed on Carraya IV, where Klingons and Romulans lived peacefully together following the Khitomer Massacre of 2346. (TNG: "Birthright, Part I", "Birthright, Part II")

The Klingon female was played by Inez Edwards.

This Female Klingon was singing a song to her baby, along with Ba'el. When Worf asked them if they knew what the song meant, they said no. (TNG: "Birthright, Part I", "Birthright, Part II")

Three Klingon youth joined Worf in performing mok'bara practice.

Others youths listened to Worf tell the ancient stories of Kahless. (TNG: "Birthright, Part I", "Birthright, Part II")

These Klingons were in the meal hall when Toq and Worf returned from a ritual hunt. Toq had a dead creature in his arms which he triumphantly drops at the head table before L'Kor and Tokath. They would join him in a song of victory. (TNG: "Birthright, Part I", "Birthright, Part II")

[edit] Romulan guards (2369)

The Romulan guards lived in a compound constructed on Carraya IV, where Klingons and Romulans lived peacefully together following the Khitomer Massacre of 2346.

Romulan guards stopped Worf from leaving Carraya IV after he learned that Klingons and Romulans were living together as a community. Later Romulan guards would captured Worf when he tried to escape the camp.

Other Romulans were present in a meal hall when Toq and Worf returned from a ritual hunt. Toq had a dead creature in his arms which he triumphantly drops at the head table before L'Kor and Tokath.

Two guards were going to execute Worf when Toketh believed that Worf would destroy their community. (TNG: "Birthright, Part II")

One Romulan guard was played by Kurt Paul, the other guards were played by unknown actors.
