Cary McCrystal (Starfleet)

In an alternate future timeline, Cary McCrystal was a Starfleet officer in the late 24th century.

McCrystal was a member of Starfleet Operations group involved with the construction of the USS Pasteur. As such, his name was listed on the starship's dedication plaque. (TNG: "All Good Things...")

All the names on the USS Pasteur dedication plaque are references to TNG production staff members. In this case, it is a reference to the show's Second Assistant Camera Operator, Cary McCrystal.
