Charles Winchester

Charles E. Winchester was a Human who was kin to descendants of Clare Raymond.
Winchester's name was read out in a computer display of the Raymond family's geneology, along with others such as Sherman T. Potter, Frances J. Mulcahey, Margaret Houlihan, and Walter O'Reilley. (TNG: "The Neutral Zone")
Winchester and others in the list seem to be references to characters in M*A*S*H productions. The character of Winchester in particular was played by TNG guest star David Ogden Stiers.
