Chateau Cleon was a brand of champagne.

In 2371, Quark served a 2303 vintage of this beverage to the Deep Space 9 crew in celebration of Benjamin Sisko's promotion to Captain. (DS9: "The Adversary")

There is in fact a town in France called Cléon, although it is not in the Champagne district.
