Cheddar cheese

Cheddar cheese was a popular form of cheese from Earth. It was often yellow or off-white in color and had a sharp flavor.

In May of 2151, Jonathan Archer had to remind his dog Porthos that he had previously suffered problems digesting cheddar cheese when the dog was trying to eat some. Eventually Archer relented and gave Porthos some of the cheese. (ENT: "Fight or Flight")
