Chicken sandwich

A chicken sandwich is a sandwich made using chicken meat.

Jonathan Archer pointed out that Enterprise (NX-01)'s food synthesizers could make chicken sandwiches. (ENT: "Shadows of P'Jem")

Captain James T. Kirk once ordered a chicken sandwich and coffee from a food synthesizer. Kirk was quite dismayed, however, when he found that tribbles had infested the system. Mr. Spock found the synthesizing process fascinating. (TOS: "The Trouble with Tribbles"; DS9: "Trials and Tribble-ations")

Chicken sandwiches were also mentioned, as an example of typical Human food, in the non-canon novel Pocket TNG: "Survivors".
