Chili sauce is a hot sauce made from chili peppers, a plant native to Earth.
During Wesley Crusher's first week at Starfleet Academy, Adam Martoni reprogrammed Crusher's sonic shower to cover him with mud. But Wesley managed to get back at Martoni when he reprogrammed an antimatter regulator to spray chili sauce on Martoni. (TNG: "The Game")
