Chip Carter was a staff member at Paramount Pictures in charge of approving comic book scripts. He worked on a number of the issues in the Marvel Comics run between 1995 and 2000, being credited as an editorial assistant, but often taking credit in unusual ways, including as a "Tribble" and "better looking than the Caretaker."
He also worked on editorial approval for the Last Unicorn Games RPG publications before Paul Ruditis took over from him.
