Frédéric Chopin was a 19th century Polish composer.

Matthew, a boy living in a Human colony on Moab IV played Chopin's Prelude Number 4 on the piano during a concert for the colonists and the visiting crew of the USS Enterprise-D. (TNG: "The Masterpiece Society")

In 2369, his Trio in G minor was performed on the USS Enterprise-D with Data at the violin, Ensign Cheney at the cello and Nella Daren at the piano. (TNG: "Lessons")

Two of his other works, Barcarolle in F-sharp major and Nocturne in E minor were played by Seven of Nine in 2377. (VOY: "Human Error")

The script of DS9: "Melora" describes Delvok's music as "Chopin meets Spock".
