Chulak of Romulus was a Romulan commander who suffered a major defeat at Galorndon Core. (VOY: "The Thaw")

It is unclear when Chulak suffered this defeat or who defeated him but it was probably during the Earth-Romulan War, as Galorndon Core is in Federation space.
